Eligibility

To purchase products from Pop Shop, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the payment method supplied
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Pop Shop reserves the right to refuse service where these conditions are not met.

Customer Accounts

Creating an account allows you to:

• Track current orders
• View previous purchases
• Save delivery addresses
• Manage your personal information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree that you will:

• Keep your account information accurate and up to date
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities carried out under your account

Pop Shop shall not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where your login credentials have been compromised through your own negligence. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there has been:

• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of our services
• Multiple fake accounts
• Violation of these Terms
• Harassment of our staff
• Activity that may harm Pop Shop or other customers

Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product information displayed on our website is accurate. However, customers acknowledge that:

• Product colours may vary depending on screen settings
• Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only
• Manufacturers may update packaging, artwork, accessories, specifications or branding without prior notice
• Measurements and dimensions are approximate unless specifically stated
• Minor differences between website images and the product received shall not be considered defects

Collectibles & Merchandise

Many of the products sold by Pop Shop are collectibles, display items, apparel, accessories and novelty merchandise. Customers acknowledge that:

• Minor paint variations
• Printing variations
• Stitching differences
• Packaging variations
• Minor cosmetic imperfections
• Manufacturing tolerances

These may naturally occur during production and do not necessarily constitute manufacturing defects. Where products are supplied in sealed manufacturer packaging, Pop Shop is not responsible for minor cosmetic imperfections to external packaging that do not affect the product itself.

Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. Although we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, stock levels may occasionally differ due to:

• Simultaneous purchases
• Supplier shortages
• Inventory adjustments
• Damaged stock
• Technical errors

If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, Pop Shop may, at its discretion:

• Cancel the unavailable item and issue a refund
• Offer an alternative product of similar value (subject to your approval)
• Cancel the affected order if fulfilment is not reasonably possible

Customers will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.

Limited Edition Products

Certain products may be sold in limited quantities. Pop Shop reserves the right to:

• Limit the number of units sold per customer
• Refuse bulk purchases
• Allocate products where supplier quantities are reduced
• Cancel duplicate or excessive orders intended to circumvent purchase limits

These measures help ensure fair access for all customers.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, Pop Shop may offer products on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Release dates are estimates only
• Manufacturers and suppliers may delay shipments
• Delivery dates are not guaranteed
• Product packaging or specifications may change before release

Should a supplier cancel a product or become unable to fulfil our order, Pop Shop may cancel your pre-order and provide a full refund. Pre-orders may be subject to allocation if supplier quantities are reduced.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Prices include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted for processing, except where a pricing error has occurred.

Pricing Errors

Although every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If a product is displayed with:

• An incorrect price
• Incorrect discount
• Incorrect product description
• Incorrect specification
• Obvious website error

Pop Shop reserves the right to:

• Cancel the order
• Correct the error
• Contact the customer before processing the order
• Issue a full refund where payment has already been received

Pop Shop shall not be obliged to honour pricing that is clearly incorrect due to technical or human error.

Orders

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance by Pop Shop. After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your order. Your order is accepted only when it has been processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Failed payment authorization
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incorrect customer information
• Abuse of promotional offers
• Violation of these Terms

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be processed.

Purchase Limits

To ensure fair purchasing opportunities for all customers, Pop Shop reserves the right to limit quantities purchased. Purchase limits may apply:

• Per customer
• Per household
• Per billing address
• Per delivery address
• Per payment method
• Per order

Orders that appear to circumvent these limits may be cancelled without prior notice.

Payments

Pop Shop accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout. Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization or confirmation.

Where available, Cash on Delivery (COD) may be offered as a payment option.

Payment processing is handled securely through approved third-party payment providers.

Pop Shop does not store customers' full payment card information.

If payment authorization fails, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional campaigns are subject to their own individual terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Only one promotional code may be used per order
• Promotions cannot be combined
• Discount codes have no cash value
• Promotions cannot be applied after checkout
• Promotions may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice
• Where an order is cancelled or refunded, any promotional benefits associated with that order may also be cancelled

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, Pop Shop may carry out fraud prevention checks before processing an order. We reserve the right to:

• Request additional verification
• Delay shipment while verification is completed
• Cancel suspicious transactions
• Refuse future orders where fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected

Providing false information or using unauthorized payment methods may result in order cancellation.

Customer Responsibilities

To help ensure a smooth shopping experience, customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate billing and delivery information
• Providing a valid phone number and email address
• Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery where required
• Inspecting the order upon delivery
• Reporting any damaged, defective or incorrect items within the timeframe specified in our Returns & Exchanges Policy

Pop Shop shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

Pop Shop currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery times displayed on our website are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to:

• Public holidays
• Weather conditions
• High order volumes
• Courier delays
• Customs inspections
• Events beyond our reasonable control

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, Pop Shop shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout. Ownership of the products transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery more than once where reasonably possible. If delivery cannot be completed because:

• The delivery address is incorrect
• The customer cannot be contacted
• The customer repeatedly postpones delivery
• No authorised person is available to receive the order
• Delivery is refused

The order may be returned to Pop Shop. Additional delivery charges may apply before the order is re-dispatched.

Failed or Refused Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery orders are placed with the intention of completing the purchase. Pop Shop reserves the right to refuse future COD orders from customers who repeatedly:

• Refuse delivery
• Fail to answer courier calls
• Provide incorrect contact information
• Repeatedly place orders without completing the purchase

Customers may be required to use prepaid payment methods for future orders.

Partial Shipments

Where possible, Pop Shop may dispatch available products while awaiting the arrival of unavailable items. Alternatively, we may:

• Refund unavailable products
• Cancel the affected items
• Contact you to discuss available options

Pop Shop reserves the right to determine the most appropriate fulfilment method.

Order Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact Pop Shop as soon as possible. Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing or dispatch.

Once an order has been packed, processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where cancellation is accepted, refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Returns & Exchanges Policy before completing your purchase.

Clothing Exchanges

Where permitted under our Returns & Exchanges Policy, clothing items may be exchanged within the stated exchange period provided that:

• The item is unused
• The item is unworn
• Original tags remain attached
• Original packaging is included
• The item passes inspection upon return

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement size or colour is unavailable, Pop Shop may issue store credit for the value of the approved exchange.

Non-Returnable Products

Unless required by applicable law or where a product is damaged, defective or supplied incorrectly, the following products are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened trading card products
• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Final sale or clearance items
• Products marked as non-returnable
• Products showing signs of use
• Products returned without original packaging where such packaging forms part of the product

Additional exclusions may apply where clearly stated on the product page.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you believe you have received:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect product

You must notify Pop Shop within the timeframe stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Customers may be required to provide:

• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging
• The order number
• Any additional information reasonably requested

Failure to notify us within the applicable period may affect our ability to investigate the claim.

Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products are inspected before an exchange, store credit or refund (where applicable) is approved. Pop Shop reserves the right to reject requests where products:

• Have been used
• Have been damaged after delivery
• Have missing accessories
• Have missing packaging
• Have altered labels or tags
• Otherwise fail to satisfy our Returns & Exchanges Policy

Inspection decisions are made at Pop Shop's reasonable discretion.

Store Credit

Where store credit is issued, it may be used towards future purchases on the Pop Shop website. Unless otherwise required by law:

• Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash
• Store credit is non-transferable
• Store credit cannot be resold
• Store credit may only be used by the customer to whom it was issued

Store credit may be subject to an expiry period where permitted by law and where clearly communicated at the time of issue.

Gift Cards

If Pop Shop introduces gift cards in the future, the following terms shall apply unless otherwise stated:

• Gift cards are non-refundable
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
• Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced
• Gift cards may only be redeemed through the Pop Shop website
• Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards
• Additional terms may apply to promotional gift cards

Product Recalls & Safety

If a manufacturer or supplier issues a safety recall affecting products sold by Pop Shop, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

Customers should follow any safety instructions or recall procedures provided by the manufacturer or Pop Shop.

Order Abuse

Pop Shop reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly:

• Abuse promotional offers
• Submit false claims
• Refuse deliveries
• Misuse return or exchange policies
• Harass customer service representatives
• Otherwise misuse our services

This is necessary to protect both our business and our customers.

Business Customers & Resellers

Unless expressly agreed in writing, products purchased from Pop Shop are intended for personal use.

Pop Shop reserves the right to refuse or limit orders where we reasonably believe products are being purchased for unauthorised commercial resale or distribution.

Wholesale purchasing arrangements, where available, will be subject to separate agreements.

Website Use

You agree to use the Pop Shop website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems
• Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful software
• Copy, scrape or harvest information from the website using automated means
• Use the website in any manner that may damage, disable or impair its functionality
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the website to commit fraud or any unlawful activity

Pop Shop reserves the right to suspend or permanently block access to users who misuse the website.

Reviews & User Content

Where customers are permitted to submit reviews, comments or other content, you agree that such content:

• Is accurate and truthful
• Does not infringe the rights of others
• Is not defamatory, abusive, offensive or unlawful
• Does not contain spam or promotional material
• Does not contain malicious software or harmful code

By submitting reviews or other content, you grant Pop Shop a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and publish such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the website. Pop Shop reserves the right, but not the obligation, to edit, remove or refuse any content that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content available on the Pop Shop website is owned by Pop Shop or used under licence from the relevant rights holder. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Our logo
• Branding
• Website design
• Graphics
• Icons
• Text
• Product photography
• Banners
• Videos
• Downloadable content
• Software

No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without our prior written permission. Nothing contained on this website grants any licence or right to use any intellectual property without the owner's permission.

Electronic Communications

By creating an account or placing an order with Pop Shop, you agree to receive communications electronically. These communications may include:

• Order confirmations
• Invoices
• Shipping notifications
• Customer service responses
• Account notices
• Updates relating to your purchases

Where you have separately opted in, we may also send promotional communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting essential service-related emails.
